➔ The Village has 3 ski rental options nearby, (Christy Sports, Breck Sports, and Breeze Ski Rentals) along with restaurants, shops, and wineries.
➔ We’re steps away from a stop on Breckenridge’s convenient and easy transportation system. Download the ‘My Free Ride’ app and you can get just about anywhere in and around town. ➔ This condo is in the heart of downtown with an amazing selection of restaurants and shops. ➔ CLICKHERE for parking info. Please note, you will need to coordinate your desired parking immediately upon booking. Paid on-site parking by availability and approval only.
➔ You can also find step-by-step check-in instructions in the Airbnb app. Check in time is 4pm.
1) Park in the 15 minute spot in The Village Garage. You will see a wall of lockboxes, find the one with mountains and trees on it and marked 4323.
2) Openthelockboxusingcode 902.
3) Insideyou'llfind your keys. These give you access to both the unit and the building amenities (gym, pool, hot tubs). If you've requested on-site paid parking and received confirmation of availability, take the green parking pass. If you'll be parking off-site, please leave the parking pass inside the lockbox. ➔Emergency keys behind padding in the lockbox. ONLY ACCESS IF NEEDED. 4) NOTE: IF YOU'VE REQUESTED ON-SITE PARKING AND WE'VE CONFIRMED AVAILABILITY WITH YOU, you can use the green pass to enter the 2nd garage directly in front of the lock box area. Try to park in the green zone as that is the closest to your elevators. You will need to use the parking pass to enter and exit the secured garage and place the pass on the dash of the vehicle while parked. DO NOT LOSE this pass - it will cost you $150.
5) If parking off-site, feel free to unload your items while in the temporary Village garage parking spot. Once unloaded, please proceed to your desired off-site parking option.
➔ To avoid getting locked out - you may want to keep one of the keys in the lockbox in the garage. The front desk cannot help you access the unit. You will need to contact us and we can bring you an extra key but may take some time. Lockout requests will cost $20.
*PLEASE NOTE* The keys are like hotel key cards. They will deactivate if placed near a phone, wallet, magnet, etc. We highly suggest leaving a spare key in the lockbox in case this happens.
➔ Check out time is 11 am. Please adhere to this timing to ensure the unit can be prepared for the next guests. Your parking pass will also be expiring shortly after check out time.
➔ Please return all keys and parking passes to the lockbox and ensure it's properly locked. Replacements for parking passes are $150 each, and keys are $25 each. DO NOT PUT PARKING PASSES IN THE PARKING PASS RETURN BOX
➔Emergency keys behind padding in the lockbox. ONLY ACCESS IF NEEDED. ➔ Please return all TV remotes to their respective places. Replacements for these items are $150 each.
➔ Please put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher.
➔ Kindly clean up any trash / food items and place them in trash bags. ➔ Take out the trash and recycling (trash chute near the elevators, recycling in the garage.
➔ Turn off the TV and all lights. ➔ Put the used towels in the bathtub. Remove the sheets and just lay them on top of the bed.
➔ The front desk staff is managed by Vail Resorts and cannot help with condo specific items. If you have any condo needs, contact Anthony @ 970-409-2983 or through the VRBO/ABB app. ➔ Please familiarize yourself with the exits from the building.
➔ If there is a serious water leak, please notify us and then immediately notify the front desk staff.
➔ NO WEARING SHOES OR BOOTS. Please remove your shoes as soon as you enter. Help us keep our home in great shape!
➔ Fire extinguishers: Two are located under the kitchen sink.
➔ Please keep items away and off any heaters.
➔ TV Access: Cable is provided by XFinity. The remote controls both the TV and the cable box.
➔ Your condo is equipped with coffee and basic condiments / cooking needs.
➔Washer and dryers are near the elevators on every floor and use the PayRange app. You’ll need to add funds (minimum $25) to the app to pay for the washes/dryer. The app lets you know how much time is left and what machines are available.
➔Dishwasher: Place a soap pod in the door compartment (pods are under kitchen sink). Select the wash cycle by pressing P, press start, and close the door within 4 seconds to start the cycle. If you wish to delay the cycle, select clock for the number of hours you'd like to delay.
➔ We are so happy you are here! Please keep in mind that it is our family’s home when not rented and we ask that you treat it kindly. Enjoy yourself and this special place. ➔ Absolutely NO SMOKING in the unit or around the building. Any smoking or vaping in the unit will result in a $750 cleaning charge.
➔ If there is anything missing when you arrive, or any damage done during your stay (we understand these things happen) please report it immediately to us via the airbnb app. This is to avoid having any overcharges when you leave.
➔$150 pet fine when we see a pet was brought without permission ➔Quiet hours after 10p
