Kitchen – Hopefully you will find everything you need for enjoying any meals you decide to have here. Feel free to use any items in the cabinets. Coffee and filters are above the coffee maker.
Spare Sheets- There are extra sheets. in the cabinet below the bar, in front of bar stools.
TVs – The new TVs are all smart so you can access your Netflix, hulu etc. All controls are run from the ‘Xfinity’ remote which are near the TVs. Source should be on HDMI1. There is no need to use the Samsung remotes. There are more sports and movie channels on the living room TV. Press ‘Guide’ on the Xfinity remote for a long list of channels and options. The ‘big’ TV remote has voice activation as well (press and hold the ‘speaker’ icon). Additional inputs on the TV’s are on back-right sides if you want to hook up gaming systems. The TV mounts allow for a few inches of movement to easily access the inputs. Please push the TVs flush against the walls after adding any other inputs.
The pool and more hot tubs are located a short walk away. They are located on the back side of One Breckenridge Place(the building next to Cimarron).
Hot tubs – Amazing any time of the year after a great day of enjoying Breckenridge. They are on the first floor and the code to enter is the same as the garage and entrance code you have been provided (same as front door and garage). Towels for the hot tub and pool will be in the basket in the living room.
The pool is heated. The Pass is attached to a blue neck strap and is hanging on the bulletin board.
Pool hours are 12p - 8p every day!

CHECK OUT
Check out time is 11 am. Please adhere to this timing to ensure the unit can be prepared for the next guests. Please return Ski Locker Key, Pool Pass, and Parking Permit to the bulletin board, and TV remotes to each dresser and the stand next to the fireplace (big TV). Replacements for these items are $50 each.
Please put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher.
Kindly clean up any trash / food items and place them in trash bags.
Please put the dirty sheets on the bed, and dirty towels in the bathtub.
PARKING
There is only ONE parking space allotted to our unit in the underground garage. The parking permit is hanging on the bulletin board and should be placed immediately on your dashboard when you arrive to avoid being towed.
If you have more than one vehicle, there is overnight parking in the Airport Lot (1.9 miles away) for a nominal fee, as well as on the other side of town in the Ice Rink Lot (see below).
The key is on the trout keyring and is hanging on the bulletin board. The locker is located at the garage level in the hallway (not in the garage itself). From the garage, go thru the door into the building and turn left. Feel free to use the sleds in the ski locker.
HOUSE RULES & INFO
We are so happy you are here! Please keep in mind that it is our family’s home when not rented and we ask that you treat it kindly. Enjoy yourself and this special place.
Absolutely NO SMOKING in the unit. Any smoking or vaping in the unit will result in a $750 cleaning charge.
NO WEARING SHOES OR BOOTS IN THE CONDO. Ski boots can go in the Ski Locker in the garage (location/more in Amenities section) or ski boots/boots/shoes can be stored on the shelves or under the bench on the right as you come in the front door.
Please do not take any of the indoor furniture outside on the deck or do not bring outdoor furniture inside. Any furniture must be put back to its original position to avoid additional charges from our cleaning staff.
If there is anything missing when you arrive, or any damage done during your stay (we understand these things happen) please report it immediately to us via the airbnb app. This is to avoid having any overcharges when you leave.

Please familiarize yourself with the exits from the building.
If there is a serious water leak, please call Blue River Property Management at 970-453-6590.
Fire extinguishers: One is located just inside the front door under the bench and another is in the King Bed closet on the shelf. If a fire extinguisher is used, please notify us immediately.
Please be careful on the deck. It is sometimes difficult to keep this area cleared of snow. No climbing on the rails.
Please keep items away and off of the electric baseboard heaters.
There is a small first aid kit in the kitchen drawer.
Plungers: A flat plunger for sinks and toilet plunger are in the hall closet with the water heater.
Please review fireplace instructions before using.
Enjoy the real wood fireplace. Please be safe!
Ensure the damper is open. This is very important. The lever is at the top center of the fireplace and should already be open pushed all the way to the right. If it is closed, you will fill the room with smoke and potentially set off the smoke alarms. Please do not touch any other levers on the fireplace.
To make a fire:
Use 3 pieces of ‘fat wood’ (the small sticks near the fireplace) as kindling and place on the metal grate inside the fireplace.
Put 2-3 pieces of firewood from the large container on top of the ‘fat wood’.
Light the ‘fat wood’ with the lighter in the kitchen drawer. The ‘fat wood’ will quickly light and then the larger logs will light. Add logs as needed. Additional wood is available in the room to the left of the garage door. Leave the glass doors OPEN when the fire is burning. Leave the screen doors SHUT while the fire is burning.
Let the wood down before you go to bed and when it is done, please shut the glass doors before you go to bed. Please do not leave the fire unattended while it is burning.

THE BEST LOCATION, & GETTING AROUND
You will love this location ... we recommend that you park your car in the heated underground garage and forget it ... parking is expensive and hard to come by. Plus, we are within walking distance to everything!
5 minute walk to the Quicksilver ski lift for world class skiing. OR, just across the street for busses for a quick ride to a variety of lifts. Check out Breckenridge.com (info on the mountain, conditions, winter and summer tickets, winter and summer trail maps).
3 minute walk from ‘ski out’ 4 O’clock run.
2 minute walk to the Riverwalk Center, a hub of Breckenridge’s impressive arts and entertainment scene. Check out breckcreate.org for events calendar at Riverwalk and across town.
Across the street from stop on the Breckenridge’s convenient and easy transportation system – it is really incredible if you want to ride somewhere. Download the app ‘My Free Ride’ and you can get just about anywhere in and around town.
3 minute walk to the core of downtown and an amazing selection of restaurants and shops. Check out gobreck.com or breckinsider.com. Also, Trip Advisor does a great job on restaurant suggestions. The happy hours offered by many restaurants are terrific.

Short walk to the BreckConnect Gondola (click google link for current hours of operation, with free rides up to a variety of peaks on the mountain, as well as the Nordic Center (breckenridgenordic.com).
The Local Market:On main street – A small general store with a small liquor store in back.
City Market:The biggest store located on the north end just past the Gondola. It is owned by Kroger.
