You will see a lockbox on the front door of the house. Enter the lockbox code and open the lockbox to access the key.

CHECK OUT
➔ Check out time is 11 am. Please adhere to this timing to ensure our home can be prepared for the next guests.
➔ Turn off all TVs and return all TV remotes to their respective places. Replacements for these items are $50 each.
➔ Please clean up all your trash and food items and place them in the trash cans (with trash bags). For any full bottles / cups of drinks, please pour them out in the sink before throwing them out. Please do not dump liquids in the trash cans.
➔ Please rinse and wash any dirty dishes.
➔ Kindly clean up any trash / food items and place them in trash bags.
➔ Hang any used towels on the towel racks in the bathrooms. Remove used sheets and please lay them on top of the bed.
➔ Turn off any heaters, please ensure the gas stove is off, and turn off all lights.

➔ We are so happy you are here! Please keep in mind that this is our family’s home when not rented and we ask that you treat it kindly. Enjoy yourself and this special place!
➔ Absolutely NO SMOKING in our home. Any smoking or vaping must be done outside, SAFELY.
➔ If there is anything missing or damaged when you arrive, or any damage done during your stay (we understand these things happen) please report it immediately to us. This is to avoid having any overcharges when you leave.
➔The Kitchenette: You'll find all your kitchen essentials in the drawers and cupboards. Just please only use the left stove burner (the one with a knob). It is a standard gas burner, so press down and you'll hear the starter clicking, then very slowly turn the knob and it will light. Please let us know if you have any questions!
➔The guest house is equipped with an Alexa device on the bookshelf in the living room. Simply say "Alexa", and you can request her to play music, tell you the weather, the time, etc.
➔Please use the bedroom closet on the left. In there you'll find hangers, and if needed, extra sheets and blankets.
➔Please note: It does get cool at night sometimes during the winter, and warm during the summer; we have provided a space heater and extra blankets, as well as a circulation fan for your convenience. Please ensure the space heater is turned off when you are out!
Also feel free to message us to inquire about adjusting the central heat or air conditioning system.

➔ The TV is a Roku system, very user friendly. Simply turn the TV on with the remote and choose your preferred streaming app. Feel free to login to any of your accounts, just remember to log out when you're done!
