PARKING

  • Please feel free to use the garage. Code is 1985. There is also only one parking space allotted to our unit in the driveway, in front of the garage. Overflow parking is across the street. Please do not park in fire lanes or on sides of the streets, you will be towed :)​

CHECK OUT

  • Check out time is 11 am. 
  • Please put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher.
  • Kindly clean up any trash / food items and place them in trash bags.
  • Please put the dirty sheets on the bed, and dirty towels in the bathtub.
  • Please lock the key back in the lockbox after locking the door!! Thanks for visiting, come back any time :)​

notes & how to's

  • TRASH DUMPSTER CODE: 1060. Please take your full trash bags to the dumpster during your stay!
  • HOT TUB: The hot tub should always be primed and ready for use. Use the control panel to adjust temperature, jets, etc. Be sure to let us know of any issues! PLEASE NOTE: HOT TUB MAINTENANCE PERSON MAY COME DURING YOUR STAY. There isn't a way for us to schedule them around guests, so we appreciate your understanding in allowing them to service the tub when necessary to keep it functioning properly! They will knock and we kindly ask you allow them to go to the back of our home to access the hot tub. Service shouldn't take more than 15-20 minutes.​

      • ​The cover is latched and should be unlatched to open. You must pull up the grey piece of plastic to the top (on the left side of the cover) to allow the cover to close). Then when closed, please re-latch. See video of how to operate the cover HERE.

HOUSE RULES

  • We are so happy you are here! Please keep in mind that it is our family’s home when not rented and we ask that you treat it kindly.  Enjoy yourself and this special place.
  • Please see the county's GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES HERE. We ask that you respect our neighbors and neighborhood. Thanks!
  • Absolutely NO SMOKING in the unit. Any smoking or vaping in the unit will result in a $750 cleaning charge.
  • NO WEARING SHOES OR BOOTS IN THE TOWNHOME. Please remove boots and shoes immediately upon entering our home.
  • Please do not take any of the indoor furniture outside on the deck or do not bring outdoor furniture inside.  Any furniture must be put back to its original position to avoid additional charges from our cleaning staff.
  • If there is anything missing when you arrive, or any damage done during your stay (we understand these things happen) please report it immediately to us via the airbnb app. This is to avoid having any overcharges when you leave. ​
  • Enjoy your stay!!

  •  No Pets aloud, $150 fine will be accessed if an animal is brought to our home without hosts consent.
